Description
To be idle without doing any work is to be unhappy
Tsince working is part nature. To in prison
doing any work is a punishment. Man loves to work. The world progresses by work. Doing work is the way the world becomes better. Education is working in the right direction. Otherwise work becomes destructive. Human welfare is possible only if men are willing to work for the good of society. For, the progress of society depends on welfare work in public offices and institutions. In courts work is necessary. Not to work is to be idle. This is negative. Wrong work is harmful and must be avoided, even punished. The Constitution will be useful to society if work is productive. Social justice requires welfare work.
Under the British, we had a capitalist society. But under the new Constitution of India, we require a creative socialist society. India is a democracy and therefore every citizen has the right to work and earn wages for dignified work. The economy of India has to be transformed. Agriculture and industry cannot be cornered by private individuals but must belong to the community as a whole. This is the radicalism the State should try to implement.
