Description
 "A HANDBOOK ON RULES RELATING TO DECLARATION OF PROBATION" is our publications in the series of Rules governing Services under the State Government. All our publications have been accepted by the state Government employees, Service Associations and persons involved in the legal profession. Kerala Government have Framed rules and issued serval guidelines and instructions under the Kerala State and Subordinate Services Rules, 1958, regarding probation (Declaration/Extension/Termination of Probation). The relevant extracts of Rules have been included in this book. In this book, orders issued from December 1959 to May 2011- nearly five decades, are arranged chronologically. Even Statutory Rules governing these matters are shrouded in ignorance and may do not even know of existence of some of the Statutory Rules governing the matter. It is only When painful consequences follow by application of Rules and Order often to one's prejudice, that one realises the resultant magnitude of averse results of his own folly caused by ignorance of the rules. This compilation, it is hoped, will therefore be highly helpful.
