Description
The people of India have adopted and enacted the Constitution of India to secure justice for all. Constitutional provisions and laws made thereunder can ensure this only when proper procedures are followed by all the adjudicating authorities. The principles of natural justice have been enunciated and laid down by the Supreme Court to ensure that not only justice is done but also to prevent injustice. Author Details
Mr U N Ananthan retired from Indian Audit and Accounts Service as Deputy Comptroller and Auditor General of India. He passed Bachelor of Law Degree examination (Mysore University) after studying in Government Law College, Bangalore. He studied under Prof Charles Henry Alexandrowicz-Alexander, Professor of Constitutional and International Law while attending the course for Master of Law, University of Madras. He is enrolled in Bar Council of India, Karnataka Branch and practicing in Karnataka High Court since 1995. He has earlier authored the book on 'Registration and Statistics, Volume 22 of Halsbury's Laws of India Series published by LexisNexis in 2005
