Description
It is a universally known fact that "Information Technology" and "Cyberspace" having joined together and forming part of the "Cyber World" is dominating the World created by the God, the Almighty. The expression "Information Technology" by its very terminology denotes the "technology" which deals with "Information". It is apparently an admixture of two independent words, namely, "Information" and "Technology". Broadly speaking information, which is a Latin derivative, denotes 'a concept or an idea", undoubtedly with regard to any fact, figure or subject matter known, heard or created by one's own skill or imagination, directly or indirectly, initially originated from human brain and later on recorded in any form on any material thing and can be stored, retrieved and reused. "Information' can be construed to be "in the information" of some idea or thought in the human brain. When such formulated ideas or thoughts are communicated to others same becomes communicated information. Thus, information as a resource of communication obtains greater importance if it can be able to benefit the mankind in any manner productive to human and / or other societies universally and / or celestially.
