Description
In a civilized society everyone expects a graceful and decent behaviour from others regardless of his status or power. Considering the exalted position that judges occupy in the society, people expect much higher standards of behaviour from Judges whose duty is to administer justice. When a Judge misbehaves with or insults a litigant or a witness or a lawyer during the course of judicial proceedings, it engenders great distrust and dissatisfaction in the mind of such a person and makes him sceptic about the divinity attached to the  judicial system. The seeds of writing this book were sown in similar circumstances when the author experienced in his initial years of law practice a very rude and insulting behavior frequently from a particular judge sitting in the chair of justice.
