Description
Case Search is a legal database software containing full text with head notes of judgments of the Supreme Court of India & Kerala High Court reported in AIR (SC), AIR (Ker), SCC, KHC, KLT, KLD, KLJ, ILR (Ker), from 1950 to till date. Judgments reported in CriLJ & Civil Judgments of various High Courts from 1997 to 2015 are also covered in the software. More than One Lakh Full Text judgments are covered. Software has excellent search facility. Search can be made by any word, Judge Name, Advocate name, party name or citation. Search can also be done Act wise & Section wise. Software also contains more than 1500 Central & State Acts & Rules. Printouts can be taken of the desired judgments. This database software will be of immense use to Courts, Tribunals, Judges, Law Colleges, Advocates etc.

Search Example:-
To search for a particular citation, select the 'Citation' option from the search options and enter the citation (say "2002 (3) KLT SN 10") (citation format is as in the books). You can enable/disable the dictionary support.
This searching will result in two windows: one displays the list ofcases that match with the search and the main window displays the first case in the said list.
You can make use of different search types like Full Case-note, Coram,Advocate, Party etc. with a verity of search options like Exact, All Words and Phrase. You can use the Date option (From and To) to filter the search results. KHCS provides Case Lists and Keyword Lists windows for quick and easy searching.

UPDATION SERVICE
Two updations are available in a year ie. one in the month of January and the second in the month of July. Updation charges for one year (January - June & July - December 2015) is Rs. 2000. Online Weekly updation is offered free for those customers who have subscribed for the print version of the journal Kerala High Court Case Search (KHC) provided they remit the usual updation charges as mentioned above. 

ONLINE WEEKLY UPDATION
Online weekly updation service is available. You can download the updations from the internet every week. The cost of this service for one year (January to December 2015) is Rs. 3000. Half year (January to June or July to December 2015) charges will be Rs. 1500.00
