Description
Jurisprudence is the living science of Law. Though there are a number of books on this subject, something is still required by the student community. When the author appeared for B.L. Examination of Andhra University, prepared the study notes for Jurisprudence basing the prescribed texts. Later, the same notes were expanded by referring many other books when appeared for LL.M. Examination of Nagpur University. A friend who wanted to appear for National Eligibility Test (NET) asked for guidance by giving the syllabus of  Jurisprudence of NET (SLET). Recently, it has happened to see the syllabus of IAS  Examination of the same subject. The notes were, at every stage, revised and lastly by incorporating the syllabus of Bar Council of India and other Universities. The urge to bring the notes into a printed form for the benefit of students has been fulfilled with the acceptance of the Publishers, Asia Law House, Hyderabad and for which act, the author is thankful to the Publishers. The author is also grateful to the author's and publishers of the books of the Bibliography. The author is thankful to Sri K. Gopala Pillai for his suggestions for improvement in his review of this book in "The Academy Law Review". Finally, now, the text has been revised by incorporating the topics of syllabi of different universities
