Author Details
DR BHANU PRATAP, is Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Law, University of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. His areas of interest are International Law, Jurisprudence, Human Rights and Comparative Constitutional Law. He completed his Ph.D. from the University of Lucknow. He was awarded a Gold Medal in his L.L.M. from the Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow. Dr Bhanu Pratap is the co-author of the Textbook on Public International Law. He has published 22 articles in various national and international journals. He has also been a guest lecturer at Harris-Stowe State University, USA. 
HONEY DHAWAN, completed her graduation from the University of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, and LL.M. from the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab, where she was awarded three gold medals for academic excellence. She worked as an Assistant Professor of Law at Amity Law School, Lucknow Campus, and is pursuing her Ph.D. from the Faculty of Law,  university of Lucknow.
