Description 
The Information Technology Law is a new subject introduced in Osmania University with effect from 2011-2012. This subject has five Units. Out of them, the Unit - II contains The Information Technology Act, 2000, enacted by the Indian Parliament. Rest of the Units contains the IT Law pertaining to the International Law. The IT is a new product to the world, having started just three decades ago, but it has crept entire world due to the increased satellite and other technologies. This new born baby has changed the world into a global village within a short span. It has changed the life style of the majority people of the world. Over the last decade, computer and telecommunications technologies have developed at an extraordinary rate. The computing power, advances in data transmission and attractive and user friendly graphic interfaces have developed and used at an abnormal speed through out the world. The number of netzens has been increasing day-by-day.
