Author Details
Anirudh Rastogi is a founding partner at the Delhi based law firm, Tanikella Rastogi Associates, where he has a general corporate and commercial legal practice with a special focus on technology. He has a LL.M. degree from Harvard Law School and a B.A.LL.B. (Huns.) degree from the National
Law Institute University at Bhopal. He  is qualified to practice law in India and in the State of New York, USA.
Prior to founding the firm, Tanikella Kastogi Associates, Anirudh worked tor several years with a leading multinational law firm in Singapore.
Anirudh regularly ad vises clients on data privacy and protection issues, IT policy and e-governance, and represents clients in cyber-crime litigations at the trial and appellate courts. He appears regularly at the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts and subordinate courts and the Cyber Appellate Tribunal. He is a member of the Confederation of Indian Industries'Task Force on Arbitration and Dispute Resolution.
