While I am on my desk to wind up the complex portions of the Third edition of this book I remain thankful to the learned readers for receiving the book with the same spirit with which it was penned. Cyber though is the flavour of the decade yet it is like the flowing waters of the stream, changing every moment. Chasing these fleeting subjects is not an easy job for the bunch of papers called "Book". Innovations like Internet of Things, Blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, deepfakes inter alia rip apart the legal convictions. As the years go by we as humans understand that not only one but a multi thronged approach comprising technological, industrial, legal and social interface will achieve maximum benefit and minimum harms to the society out of these blessings of internet.
