Description
I am herewith placing before the legal fraternity and the academics my next venture, namely, "Confessions in Criminal Trial". It is hoped that this book also will be well received by both the Bench and the Bar and the academic intelligentsia.
After abandoning my initial passion for bringing out an exhaustive and all-comprehensive treatise on "criminal trial" which as originally conceived by me would have run into volumes, I slowly compromised on a revised plan of hatching out compendious booklets on important topics in "criminal trial". My maiden attempt in that direction was the book titled "Tendering Pardon to an Accomplice". The next book which I dedicated for the benefit of the larger fraternity of law, was titled "The Law of Prevention of Corruption". Next in the series was "Magisterial Trials".
