Author's Details
Mr. Virag Gupta is Partner at VAS Global, Law Firm and practices at the Supreme Court JIfpl of India. Mr. Gupta is a former IBS officer with rich experience of Law, Administration and Industry. During his tenure in Directorate of Legal Affairs, he handled indirect tax matters in Apex Court and service matters before Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT). He has written no. of books and also a columnist for several National Newspapers. His cases have bought landmark changes in the field of Service Law, Cyber Law and Election
