Author Details
PROF. (DR.) RAJNI MALHOTRA DHINGRA has been teaching Law for more than 17 years. She is Principal, Department of Law, Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies. She was Dean, Vivekananda School of Law and Legal Studies, Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies (VIPS), from 2013 to 2015. Her areas of specialization are the law of contract and property law. Prof. Dhingra has published many articles in national and international journals. Her publications include NGOs and Protection of Human Rights; Transfer of Property Act and Indian Easement Act, 1882; Law of Contract; Marginalised Groups in India: Legal Mechanism to Combat Inequalities; and Legal Protection to Marginalised Groups. These books find a place in various libraries including the library of the Parliament.
