The book adopts a comprehensive approach, setting out the law applicable to various stages of insolvency proceedings while also including a section on "Practice and Procedure", addressing the everyday questions faced by practitioners engaging with the code, its processes and its actions, at the most granular level. The next thus lends itself to assisting both lawyers working in an advisory capacity (to discern the content of the law and make strategic decisions) and practitioners (in successfully navigating the myriad of procedural and substantive steps necessary for debt resolution under the Code).
