Author Details
CS Rajnish Kumar is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and Law Graduate from University of Delhi. He has about 17 years of corporate and teaching experience. He is a visiting faculty at NIRC-ICSI, Prasad Nagar, New Delhi and other educational institutes. He has written two most selling books for Company Law & Capital Market and Securities Law which are available across India in addition to the present book. He has conducted various seminars and workshops at ICSI & ICAI to impart practical legal training to the Students & Members.
Presently, he works as Legal Head and Company Secretary with a Large Size MNC Company based out at Gurgaon, Haryana. He has experience of handling various assignments like IPO, Private Equity Investments, Merger & Amalgamation, Due Diligence, Secretarial Compliances, Labour Law Audit process implementation, listing of shares, and various types of litigations including civil and criminal cases.
CS Guneet Mayall is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She is Law Graduate from Rani Durgavati Vishva Vidyalaya, Jabalpur. She has teaching experience of more than 5 years. She is the founder of Paramount Professional Classes, Jabalpur a leading coaching institute based at Jabalpur engaged in imparting quality education to students of Company Secretary Course.
