Dr. P.K. Agrawal is 1976 batch IAS who retired as Additional Chief Secretary, Govt. of West Bengal. He worked for more than ten years with Government of India as Director and Joint Secretary in various Ministries. Dr. Agrawal is an eminent writer who has written more then 50 books. He has penned four volumes on the Indian bureaucracy i.e.'Motivation and Indian Bureaucracy','Bureaucracy to Bureaucrazy',1 am sorry: Indian Bureaucracy at Crossroads' and 'Psychology of Bureaucrats'. Dr. Agrawal is writing regular columns
on the governance, administration and bureaucracy related issues in the magazine 'Bureaucracy Today'. Dr. Agrawal is currently Managing Partner of VAS GLOBAL Law Firm which is in advisory and litigation. Firm practice in specialized areas of Infrastructure, Taxation, Real Estate, Cyber Laws, Service Matter,

Mr. Virag Gupta is Partner at VAS Global, Law Firm and practices at the Supreme Court JIfpl of India. Mr. Gupta is a former IBS officer with rich experience of Law, Administration and Industry. During his tenure in Directorate of Legal Affairs, he handled indirect tax
