Author Details
ABHISHEK MISHRA, a PhD fellow at the Albrecht Mendelssohn Bartholdy Graduate School of Law, University of Hamburg, Germany, holds an LLM from the National University of Singapore. Abhishek is the recipient of a scholarship from the Swiss federal government for the study of MAS at the Graduate Institute of International Studies, Geneva. He has over ten years of academic experience in India and Germany and two years of experience with international and national law firms. The recipient of a grant from the Minerva Centre for the Rule of Law in Extreme Conditions, University of Haifa, Israel, Abhishek was invited to present a paper at the university's prestigious 2nd Young Researcher Conference on Terrorism and Democracy.
