Description
It is with a deep sense of gratitude and pride that we present this work on public international law. This book aims to provide an in depth approach about public international law to the students in a systematic manner. It has been an endeavour to present the subject matter in a manner which is lucid and thorough at the same time. To make the concepts clearer, various types of illustrations, examples and leading case laws have been cited in the chapters. The book is a compilation of 13 different chapters, dealing with the various facets of public international law which a law student needs to absorb right from the very nascent stage of legal education. Efforts have been made to focus attention on the basic principles of international law and also on the way these principles operate in practice.
