Description
Public International Law, United Nations, Human Rights, International Humanitarian Law, International Criminal Law, Air and Space Law and Treaty Law are in many ways related to each other, though each area is quite comprehensive in itself. These areas were taken up together until the third edition of this book in different units. However, due to addition of new topics such as Law of Sea, Extradition, Asylum, Intervention, etc. and latest cases decided by the ICC, ICJ etc., the book became too bulky. Hence, fourth edition onwards, this book has been divided into two independent books. Both the books would be quite useful for graduate, post-graduate students, competitive exam aspirants (especially interested in judiciary & civil services) and other interested readers. In these books the readers would find various complex issues dealt with in a simplified and understandable manner. First volume consists of Public International Law, Law of Sea, Air and Space Law while the second deals with United Nations, Human Rights, IHL & ICL. New topics like Nationality, Sovereignty, Disarmament, International Terrorism, Regional Arrangements and their evaluations have been incorporated. Latest cases, wherever required, have been mentioned at appropriate places. Suggestions for improvement in any form are most welcome.
