Description
International law is an evolving subject. It has gained lot of importance in the contemporary times. The political, social, economic, cultural, scientific and technological developments have forced Stated to join together to discuss and negotiate a legal regime to meet new challenges in those areas. The role played by International Law Commission (ILC) on the codification and progressive development of international law is commendable.
