Description
The subject 'Public International Law' is one of the traditional subjects prescribed for Law Students. There are number of reference books on this subject but a few text-books are available. Hence, the author attempted to present this text book based on the current syllabi of Bar Council of India, National Law Schools and different Universities. The contents have been presented in five Units- i) Nature and Scope of International Law, ii) States as subjects of International Law, iii) State and Individual, iv) Law of the Sea, Air and Space and v) International Organisations. Chaptersation has been made on the basis of topics provided in syllabi.   The subject is so vast and the author tried to bring into brief form, keeping it comprehensive. An attempt has been made to bring the subject within the reach of graduate and post-graduate students by presenting the subject in simple language and in lucid style
