Author Details
Shri Rajat Baijal
was born on 12th September, 1975. Did his B.Sc. in 1997 from University Maharaja's College, Jaipur. He did his LL.M. from Dungar College, Bikaner. He is a University topper in LL.M examination (Comparative Constitutional Law) from Maharishi Dayanand Saraswati University, Ajmer. He holds to his distinction a meritorious academic record all throughout his studies in law. With a very rich part-time teaching experience at various law colleges and law coaching institutes at Bikaner. He has been guiding till date hundreds of students to prestigious law positions all across the nation. He has also been a fellow at National Law University, Jodhpur whereat he pursued much of his Research Studies and Field Survey on the issues of Gender Sensitivity and Gender Discrimination with a targeted approach to Gender Sensitive Lawyering. He holds to his professional skills amicable settlement and solutions to many a matrimonial dispute coming up to law courts. The day by day increasing delicacy of the present social fabric leading to a flood-gate of matrimonial litigation right from trial courts up to the apex court being the main driving force with the author to write this book for better concerns of the Bar, the Bench, and the litigants.
