Description
In the modern civilized worldly life, human beings and property have become interrelated and inseparable. A man acquires, accumulates or disposes of the property for materialistic pleasures or satisfaction of one's wants, needs or aspirations. Whatever may be the objective in so doing, what is important is the valid transfer, either while acquiring or disposing of, such property. The law that governs these aspects is called as the "Law of Property.
Property can be moveable or immovable. It can also be tangible or intangible. In the course of or after making transfer of a property, there may, sometimes, possibly arise some or other problems leading to disputes or difference between the parties thereto, especially because of the present day socio-economic complexities. Therefore there arose the need for providing preventive and protective legal measures so as to ensure peaceful possession and enjoyment of various types of properties by the transferees.
