Author Details
Raju Ramachandran is a Senior Advocate at the Supreme Court of India and former Additional Solicitor General. He practised as an Advocate-on-Record in the Supreme Court of India and was designated as a Senior Advocate by the Supreme Court in September, 1996. He has argued a number of landmark cases in the Supreme Court as well as High Courts in various branches of law including Civil Law, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Service Law, Copyright Law and Admiralty Law. His appearance as amicus curiae in the famous Mumbai attacks case won the wholesome praise of the Supreme Court for displaying high standards of professional ethics.
S Balakrishnan, revising editor, has been practicing in the Supreme Court for over half a century. He received his degree in Law from the Delhi University in 1960 and has practiced in Delhi since 1962, and has been an Advocate-on-Record since February 1965. He was designated as a Senior Advocate by the Supreme Court in August 1998.
