It is important to mention that in sixth edition right to legal practice of foreign lawyers and foreign firms was incorporated. The author after considering the facts and law on the subject deliberated in detail the judgment delivered in A.K. Balaji v. Union of India, A.I.R. 2012 Madras at 124. The conclusion/decision made by the Madras High Court at page 147 had also been quoted in the referred sixth edition of this book under revision. Now while revising the present edition, the Supreme Court considered the above said judgment of the Madras High Court challenged by the Bar Council of India titled as Bar Council of India v. A.K.
