Description
The phrases' more risk-more gain' and 'no risk-no gain' go hand-in-hand, but there is a thin line between possibility and impossibility of risk. Keeping in view the rapid pace of industrialization of the modern age and the COVID-19 pandemic, an individual and his property are most susceptible to various risks and uncertainties. This risk exposes them to the probability of losses. In such cases, Insurance proves to be the best solution. It curtails the outcomes when an individual plans to avert the risk prudently. This book strives to explain the concept of risk and way to manage it in conjunction with prominence to risk management. It also endows meticulous analysis of the concept of Insurance and explicitly deals with the nature, scope, advantages, principles, and various types of Insurance. Towards the end of the book, the author elucidates the legal angle of Insurance, relevant parameters, and various legislations' impact on Insurance. This book can be considered a ready-reckoner for all prospective lawyers, legal professionals, and individuals from the insurance sector.
