Dr. Davis P. V (Fr. Dr. Davis Panadan Varghese CMI)
, holds PhD in law at the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru, already holds LL.M from the same institution and a Licentiate in Oriental Canon Law from Dharmaram Vidya Kshetram, Bengaluru and Pontifical Oriental Institute, Rome. He is an author of eight books and 37 articles. Since 2007, he is the lecturer of civil and canon law at Dharmaram Vidya Kshetram. He was actively involved in Human Rights, Environmental protection programme and Social action programme of Jananeethi, a NGO based at Trichur in Kerala. He served as administrator and Director of Research Centre, DVK. He was honoured with "KEMPEGOWDA AWARD" for a social worker by Brughat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike in 2011. He was the founder Chairman and Principal of Blessed Chavara School, Bengaluru. At present, he is the Principal of Christ Academy Institute of Law, Bengaluru and Director of Christ Public School, Basavanagar. He is also the PRO of Mandya Catholic Diocese, Promoter of Justice and the Parish Priest of St. Mary's Church, Basavanagar, Kaggadasapura, Bengaluru. His contact details: Mob.
