Description
A Student, who reads the text books and reference books on the law subjects faces the problems to concise the material to answer the question with in stipulated time of half-an-hour or 5 minutes for each question. Because he goes to the depth of the subject. The student, who does not read the text books, also suffers from lack of knowledge on the subject. Some of the student do not get the time to study the material on law in length, sparing much time, due to the busy work, jobs etc. Keeping in view of these circumstances, I prepared "Answers to the Important Questions". The student is advised to go through these answers thoroughly. I have also given the previous repeated question of Osmania University on each subject. Similar questions may also appear in other Universities. It is not possible to give all previous questions of other Universities in this small book-let. Previous questions help the student just like a torch light helps a person in the dark nights. The clever student alwas refers the old question paper to obtain highest marks. Hence the candidates of other Universities are advised to procure the previous question paper of their respective Universities on each subject and study material. This book-let contains the main points, ingredients, case-law wherever necessary suggestions for improvement from the learned readers are welcome. The lapses will, if any, be rectified future edition.
