Description"
This book contains at a single place the Partnership Act and the LLP Act for ease of reference by the students of LL.B. and LL.M.
The Indian Partnership Act, 1932, comprising of sections 1-74, came into force on 1st October, 1932, except section 69, which came into force on 1st October, 1933. The Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (6 of 2009), comprises of sections 1-81 and Schedules 1 to 4. These are important enactments in the commercial field. Ever since, a lot of businesses have been instituted or converted into LLPs.
This book gives the reader a simplified insight into the various technical and legal issues of law in an easily understandable form. Simplified examples and judicial decisions, both Indian and foreign, are referred to make the concepts very clear. The Indian Partnership Act is based on the English Partnership Act and is similar in innumerable ways. I am sure the readers will find this book quite useful in their study both 3 and 5 years LL.B. courses.
