Author Details
S. SIVAKUMAR is Senior Professor at the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. He has been a full-time Member of the 21st Law Commission of India. He is the Vice President and Trustee of the Commonwealth Legal Education Association. He is also a prolific writer and the recipient of the National Law Day Award, 2008, for his contribution to legal education reforms activities. Prof. Sivakumar's book Press Law and Journalists: Watchdog to Guidedog offers an enlightening perspective on the role of Press in the modern society. His recent book Article 21: Code of Life, Liberty and Dignity in the Indian Constitution is a commemorative volume of 70 years of working of the Indian Constitution. He has always volunteered for social reformation activities and pioneered several research-oriented multidisciplinary programmes for judges, lawyers, journalists, law teachers, media persons, cyber cell officers, farmers, police and others.
LISA P. LUKOSE is Professor at the University School of Law and Legal Studies, GGS IP University, Delhi. She has 17 years of teaching experience in reputed universities such as the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi and Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala. She has received many accolades including the Rashtrapati Award for Guides, Global Faculty Award, Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Distinguished Professor Award 2021 in Intellectual Property Rights Law, Outstanding Faculty of the Year Award 2021 and VIWA International Award for Outstanding Researchers. Prof. Lukose has published eight books and over 60 research articles on various legal issues in reputed national and international journals.
