Description
Sixth edition of the book Notaries, Powers o Attorney, Affidavits and Deeds is before the hands of esteemed readers. Old and obsolete matter has been deleted, while maintaining the special features of fifth edition. All important case-law have been covered in the book. This edition is amended upto date. A notary public is an Advocate who is very important for authentication of legal documents. It is hoped that sixth edition will be found more useful. Inspite of every caution being taken to avoid omissions and errors, some errors might have crept in. While regretting for errors, suggestion to improve the next edition are most welcome.
