Description
The Second Edition of the Book had received very good response the Bench, Bar and also Public, which inspired us to go for this third edition. Another feature is that to Section 1 of the Notaries Act, the Principles of Interpretation of Statutes and the Scope of Writs are added, which are helpful for a mere collection of concrete precedents for guidance to the learned Hon'ble Judges and Legal Fraternity. Our endeavour will be fruitful if this edition becomes of real use not only to the members of legal Bar but to the public, who are interested on this subject. The relevant Acts and Amended Rules as and when issued for reference including the Indian Stamp Rules, 1925 which are useful for the Notaries are included. Consequently the volume of the Book has been increased. The latest Case Laws are added in the appropriate Sections for ready reference. The Authors appreciate Sri Sunil Gogia, Publisher, Asia Law House in getting this edition without delay. We express our gratitude to all  those in particular to Mr. Sudershan Singh for rendering valuable assistance to us in the preparation of the work at our Beck and Call.
