Description
Negotiable Instruments Act, consisting of 148 sections, is both technical and interesting in nature. The Act is about 150 years old. It has gained a lot of significance after the incorporation of the provisions relating to dishonour of cheques. This book gives the reader a simplified insight into the various technical and legal issues of Negotiable Instruments Act in an easily understandable form.
