Welcome to the 23rd edition of the Khergamvala on the Negotiable Instruments Act. This title has been well-known among the Bench, the Bar, students of law and the Banking community alike as the contributions given to it by the forerunners who edited it since its beginning are worthy enough. With the advent of Chapter XVII into the law of negotiable instruments this law has become more favoured and its ambit and scope turned out to be very wide.
