concept is popularly known as "Fair play in action", "Substantial Justice", "Fundamental Justice", "Universal Justice" or "Social Justice". Violation of principles of Natural Justice would be complained of Quiet often by the aggrieved parties in the realm of "Public Law" mostly in the context of administrative decisions, Quasi Judicial decisions and Judicial decisions as well. In a way this concept and breach thereof predominantly fall under Constitutional remedies, remedies before Judicial bodies, Quasi Judicial bodies and Administrative bodies too. The applicability or inapplicability of the Principles of Natural Justice and the exclusion thereof do fall for consideration before the bodies aforesaid almost every day and hence the importance of this concept need not be over emphasised. Natural Justice is an important concept of Jurisprudence and it is of very ancient origin. This  On a careful analysis of several provisions of different legislations, we do very well understand the utmost importance of this concept since the expressions "Reasonable opportunity", "opportunity of being heard" are incorporated in different provisions of several statutes whenever the rights of the parties will be affected by such decisions. Since this concept is having close nexus to Judicial Review and constitutional remedies, the same had been dealt with as a chapter under Judicial Review and Law of Writs. Apart from the general chapters, the subject had been further dealt within the context of certain important legislations in additional chapters. It is made clear that these additional chapters are only illustrative since those cannot be said to be exhaustive.
