Author Details
Maj Gen Nilendra Kumar is the Judge Advocate General of Indian Army. An alumni of Lucknow University and Jamna Lal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, he had passed out from the National Defence Academy in Dec 1968. He was commissioned in Regiment of Artillery and took part in 1971 war on the western front. He has wide experience of conducting a number of courts martial. A prolific writer on military law, he addresses issues concerning security, jurisprudence, human rights, law of war and defence procurements.
