Since the publication of the 4th Revised Edition of the book, a large number of significant changes have been made in the CCS (LTC) Rules relating to Special Cash Package Equivalent in lieu of LTC, Special Concessions for employees posted in NE-Region, Islands, J&K etc., booking of air tickets of private airlines and through authorised travel agents. Besides, the Department of Personnel & Training and the Ministry of Finance have issued a number of significant orders/ clarifications on the subject particularly relating to reimbursement of cancellation/ reschedule charges, fulfilment of procedural requirements, etc.. Incorporating all these orders/clarifications, we are now pleased to present this 5th Revised Edition of Nabhi's Compilation of CCS LEAVE TRAVEL CONCESSION RULES alongwith Govt. of India Decisions, 2023.
