Description
The Depart of Personnel & Training, Government of India has come out with a revised Brochure on Reservation for SC, ST and OBC in Central Services. The revised brochure lays down the reservation policy, procedure for implementing reservation under post-based system, prescribes formats for registers and explains the method of determining reservation quota. Though the Brochure has been revised based on pto date orders/instructions, it appears to be too brief and lacking dtails at many places. The previous edition of the brochure was comparatively more comprehensive, extensive and explanatory.
