Description
I vividly remember the day I sat down to start writing this book. About 12 years ago from that moment, I myself was a LLB student, craving for books which are easy to read, precise, lucid and with no heavy footnotes, listing hundreds of cases which no student has time to read and mind to understand. Law books primarily written for lawyers are ill-suited for undergraduate students. So it became clear to me that I do not have to write such a book. So I said Bismillah and started writing on lines I imagined was wanted by me as a student. I decided to keep away from complexities and controversies. Because, to know the principles of law is more important, with the ability to apply these principles in problem solving, than to start tackling with such controversies which have a tendency to drift towards things non-academic. It is with lot of care when I discussed such topics.
