Success in any competitive examination depends upon many factors including preparation strategy, guidance, hard work, persistence and, most of all, the ability to foresee what may be expected from the examiner. While each subject has many topics and aspects, it is always important to distinguish between the relevant and the irrelevant from the examiner's perspective. This applies to both objective/ multiple-choice examinations as well as subjective examinations. Bharat P.Maheswari has compiled multiple-choice questions on selected, relevant and important topics of major laws. Competitive examination papers are designed not only by professors and academicians but also by practitioners/serving professionals. The questions included in Multiple Choice Questions on Major Acts have been framed keeping both approaches in view. This compilation of questions on major laws which are common in most competitive examinations relating to legal profession will serve as a guide to all aspirants.
