Rahul S Sahay is an Associate Partner with Khaitan & Co., one of the leading law firms of the country. He is a graduate of the National Law Institute University, Bhopal and has read masters in law from the University of Oxford, where he was a Shell Centenary Chevening Scholar. Before joining Khaitan, Rahul had co-founded Sarthak Advocates & Solicitors where he used to manage the firm's dispute resolution practice.
