Description
It is a matter of pleasure for me to present the Fifth Edition of the Book "Moot .Court, Pre-Trial Preparations and Participation in Trial Proceedings" in the hands of the readers. It has provided me an opportunity to bring the Book up-to-date. In the light of the relevant judicial decisions and the statutory changes published up to April, 2012, the whole text has been revised. In the collection and selection of the materials the author has exercised his full discretion. Whatever materials have been considered by the author as relevant for the readers have been included in the book. The author has worked as a law teacher from 1971 to June 2011 and on the basis of his vast experience as a law teacher has selected the materials useful to the readers and hope that the materials so collected will meet the object for which the book has been written. The author has been awarded D.Phil. Degree in Law by the University of Allahabad for his thesis entitled—"Changing Dimensions of Contempt of Court"—A challenge, to Majesty of Law in India. Some of the important materials thereof have been included in the book.
