Description
Practice
makes a man perfect. Similarly, legal training makes a law student a
successful legal practitioner. For this, the Bar Council of India
introduced a paper 'Moot Court, Pre-Trial preparation and Participation
in Trial Proceedings'. As this is practical paper, there is no written
examination, but only oral test of mooting and Viva-Voce. The students
should also submit their records of observation of Pre-Trial preparation
and observation in Trial proceedings in Court. In this volume, the
author tried to present guidelines to prepare their records and mooting.
The author has already produced all Text-books for theory papers for
final year Law Course along with two books on practical subjects of
'Public Interest Lawyering, Legal Aid and Para Legal Services' and
'Professional Ethics, Accountancy for Lawyers and Bench-Bar Relations'.
