Description

Previously, almost all the Universities in India prescribed General Principles of Economics and Indian Economic Policy along with three subjects of politics, two subject of Sociology and one subject of History, besides English for 5 years B.A., LL.B Course (as pre-law subjects). Later,Bar Council of India, in its Rules made in 2008 guided the universities to prescribe on major subject with two minor, besides English of Arts Courses and there shall be six papers in major and three papers each in minor subjects of B.A.. It is advised that the universities should follow the Curriculum Development Committee Report of UGC, if it is there in designing the course and stipulate the standards. Accordingly, Andhra university framed new syllabus for 5 years B.A., LL.B. (Integrated Course) by including 6 papers of Politics, 3 papers of Sociology and 3 Papers of Economics namely, (i) General Pinciples of Economics (ii) Indian Economic Policy; and (iii) Money, Banking and Fiscal Policy. I have presented text-books for all the subjects of B.A., LL.B. Course of Andhra University excluding the subject Money, Banking and Fiscal Policy and am now presenting this subject too.
