Description
The Media Law [Including The Right to Information Act, 2005 & The Whistle Blowers Protection Act, 2014] is the 'Brain' of the Society and is a check on the Bureaucracy and the ruling political parties. Since the starting of the human civilization, the mighty had become the Ruler of a community, whether such community was smaller or bigger. The Rule of Kings was started. All the executive, judiciary and legislative powers were vested in the king. He was the Legislature, Judge, Administrator, and was the leader of his kingdom, and was also the leader in the wars. Heredity was the common. Depending upon one's personal capacity, boldness, strength and cleverness, a new kingdom was established, and also the extent of his kingdom used to be extended by means of wars. Normally there were small kingdoms throughout the world. The army contained very age old ammunitions such as knifes, archery, talwars, etc., and vehicles were dragged by horses, Elephants, and Camels and means for the wars. This was continued up to the eighteenth century.
