Author Details
Dr. Vijender Kumar obtained Ph.D. in 1995 after his Master's Degree in Law. From 1995 to 1998 he was engaged in legal practice. He has been teaching at N ALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad since 1998. As Associate Professor of Law he is engaged in teaching Legal Methods, Family Law and Legal Research Methodology to undergraduate and post graduate students of the University. Dr. Kumar is engaged in active research in Law and has published more than 25 research papers in reputed legal journals. He worked on a project sponsored by National Commission For Women, New Delhi, on "Coparcenary Rights of Women in Andhra Pradesh" and submitted the report in August 2004. He participated in the Law Teachers Programme on "Law Teaching and Legal Research Skills" at Cardiff Law School, Cardiff University, Wales (UK) in September-October, 2004 jointly organised by the British Council and Cardiff Law School. Dr. Kumar is a visiting Faculty at NADT (National Academy of Direct Taxes), Nagpur for Hindu Law and A.P. Judicial Academy for Muslim Law.
