Description
After presenting text books on all the subjects of pre-law course, it has happened the author to see a unit of "Major Judicial Systems of World, U.K., U.S.A., France" in History paper I of Law syllabi of Punjab University. The author started to write a small booklet on that unit for the benefit of the students. Later, an idea flashed to make it a complete book by including all the Legal Systems of the World. The result is the out come of the present volume. The author has drawn material from different sources including the books, noted in the bibliography. The author is thankful to the great Authors and Publishers of the books cited in Bibliography and to the Publishers M/s Asia Law House, Hyderabad, for bringing out this book in an attractive form.
