Author Details
Prof. (Dr.) Rajni Malhotra Dhingra has been teaching Law for more than 20 year sudies. She the Director, Maharaja Agrasen Institute more Management Studim 2013 to 2013, Vivekananda School of Law and Legal Studies (VIPS), from 2013 to 2015. Her areas of specialization are Family Dhing Stud Law of Contract and international prof. Dhingra has published many Agarwal articles in national and international journals. Her publications include Kaushil NGOs and Prote1882: Luman Rights Transfer of Property Act and Indian Easement Act, 1882; Law of Contract, Specific Contracts, Marginalised Groups in India: Legal Mechanism to Combat Inequalities; Legal Protection Marginalised Groups and Contemporary India. These books find a place in tarious national and international libraries including the library of the Parliament. Prof. Dhingra is the editor of various online journals like Law Colloquy Journal of Legal Studies (LCJLS) and The Indian Affirmative Law Journal.
Ms. Aarushi Agarwal is an alumna from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University. She completed her Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. She is pursuing her Ph.D from Maharaja Agrasen University, Baddi, Himachal Pradesh. She holds litigation ence of more than five years. She has worked on various public interest experience litigations on health and education related issues in association with Social Jurist, a non-government organization. She is working as an Assistant Professor in Department of Law, Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies since 2019. Ms. Agarwal has presented various papers in national and international conferences and has published articles in UGC listed journals. She has contributed chapters in five edited books and has also co- edited a book titled as 'Handbook of Research on Cyber Law, Data Protection, and Privacy' published by IGI Global, USA.
