Description
This Book on "Legal Research Methodology" briefly outlines the subject for LL.B and LL.M. students. In the beginning of British period, there were no law schools in India. During the British period, law teaching was started and gradually law teaching spread in the whole India. These days, there are various courses available for law graduate degree. Post graduation and doctorate work with intensive research is also available to those desiring higher studies in law. The book is aimed to cater the law students' needs in this subject.
I undertook this humble attempt to prepare this work when Mr. Sunil Gogia, the Publisher, asked me for it about two years ago. The work will grow in subsequent editions. The author will feel happy if any suggestion comes from academic circle for improvement.
